Books & Authors I Love
I’ve been asked to add suggested resources for learning more about how to engage with higher spiritual principals while integrating these principals into your real, everyday life. I’ve also been asked to share what I have personally used in my studies—what I still use on a more or less daily basis—and share ways to learn more about these topics.
Since most of you who are seeking this information are empaths, the most common request I get is for resources about how to protect yourself on a mental, physical, and energetic level so that you don’t feel drained and unprotected as you traverse your daily life.
Note: None of the practitioners or authors of these resources have paid me to include them in this list, although I am an affiliate with Amazon. These are resources I have personally found useful. I want to again emphasis that this is in no way a complete or comprehensive list. These are suggestive of what you might want to be exposed to or explore in more depth. As with everything, you’ll feel more drawn to certain practices or facilitators than others. The thing to keep in mind is that all of us are attempting to do the same thing or go in the same direction by using metaphysical practices to enhance our lives in a productive and meaningful way. It’s just a matter of what connects with you personally. Therefore I’ll mention categories of different kinds of practices and you can determine which ones speak to you.
